Who We Are

Good News Project is a local nonprofit founded in 1983.  Our mission is fulfilling needs at home and abroad through meaningful service opportunities.  Our vision is to be the good for each other and the environment.  To learn more about our environmental local programs please visit our website at https://www.goodnewswi.com/mission/

In-House Volunteering:  We have in-house volunteering opportunities available for each of our current programs, as well as various at-home tasks.  We ask all volunteers to communicate with us on an individual basis.  Contact Rouleen at 715-843-5985 or rouleen@goodnewswi.com for more information.

What We Do

Our Health Equipment Lending Program:  We are dedicated to helping you with your health equipment needs.  Equipment can be reserved, returned, or donated by appointment. Call 715-843-5985 to make arrangements Monday - Friday, 9 am – 4 pm.

Electronics Recycling is open Fridays ONLY from 9 am – 4 pm.  Safely recycle your outdated electronics, re-use valuable resources, and keep toxins out of our landfills.  The cost is 49 cents per pound.

International Service Trips Suspended since Covid-19.  During this pause in international programming, our staff will focus on reassessing the current needs of our West Indian friends to better serve them.
