Who We Are

COVID-19 Volunteer Changes/ Program Additions:

The health and safety of our constituents, volunteers and staff remain our driver as we address the COVID-19 outbreak and as we continue to pursue our mission, today and in the longer term. Based on the guidance from local public health agencies, Wisconsin Chapter staff are working remotely.  Chapter staff is working diligently to reschedule events and programs.

General Family Caregivers:

1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 5:30-7:00 pm

Family Caregivers for a Loved One with Dementia Living at a Facility:

Fridays, 10:00-11:30 am

Male Family Caregivers:

3rd Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 pm

4th Thursday, 1:00-2:30 pm

Family Caregivers for a Loved One with Dementia in the Early Stages:

2nd Tuesday, 9:30-11:00 am

4th Tuesday, 10:00-11:30 am

Spanish Speaking Family Caregivers: Grupo de Apoyo en Español:

What We Do

The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Wisconsin serves 52 counties in central and northern Wisconsin. Local outreach offices are located throughout Greater Wisconsin providing local information, education, support, and advocacy. The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Wisconsin is affiliated with the national Alzheimer's Association. We are a private, non-profit organization, dedicated to supporting all persons affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementia and receive no federal or state funding. Our main areas of service include: Information and Referral, Care Consultation, Support Groups, Education, Safety Services, Advocacy and Public Awareness.
