Wheels To Work

Wheels to Work strives to eliminate the barrier of unreliable transportation to and from work to promote family-sustaining employment and independence. The Wheels to Work program is run by the Wisconsin Automotive & Truck Education Association (WATEA). 

People in the community who are in need of transportation so that they can get to work meet with the Mobility Manager to sign up for the program. The participant must attend financial counseling, budgeting assistance, and vehicle maintenance education before being accepted into the program Once approved, participants can receive services to repair a vehicle they own or be awarded a donated vehicle.
