Partnered with the Marathon County Park Department, the Marathon County Historical Society's Little Red Schoolhouse provides 4th grade students county-wide the unique opportunity of experiencing a day in a 1900's one room schoolhouse.
We are looking for individuals to work with our current teachers, and to fill positions should they become available. Dress in period costume and take students back in time with our curriculum that includes McGuffey Readers, spelling bees, recitation and penmanship.
There are Spring and Fall sessions. Teachers generally take one or 2 days per week.
