Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes is searching for Service Area Team Members for the Wausau Service Area, this is a volunteer role mainly supporting our Girl Scout Troop Leaders.
We are looking for a new member(s) to step in with fun ideas and suggestions for another great year! This could even be two individuals if you are interested in volunteering with a friend!
What does this volunteer role do?
- Helps schedule, plan, and facilitate leader meetings for the membership year (typically meets once a month).
- Communicates regularly with the Membership Engagement Staff that works for the council.
- Shares important Girl Scout information on our Service Area Facebook page and at meetings.
- Supports Adult Awards and recognize others for a job well done.
- Plans fun events for troops to come to.
